Hello! We are "Utsuwacafe Aoisaru".

Feeling relieved with a bird's singing and beautiful scenery of mountains changing day by day,

we run a small cafe at a region rich in nature, Goma.

 We seem to be kept alive within nature and given much energy. 

What Aoisaru offers you is lunch and sweets that increase your vitality. 

You feel happy to look at them. You feel happy to eat them. 

To make you pleased, we continue to cook them with appreciation for blessings of nature.

Another charm of Aoisaru is "pottery". 

Dishes are more delicious on simple and stoic potteries made by ICHIMURA Santosha.

One by one, they are carefully made of natural materials,

based on good-old techniques and respect for the tradition. 

Such potteries are quiet but powerful at the same time. 

 

In addition to potteries as tableware, 

each flower vase is unique and beautiful. 

It makes flowers growing near us lovely.

 

While admiring the beauty of those works, 

you may be staring at your inner self

just existing in that quiet space, without realizing...
